Our Policy
Pratt & Whitney believes in encouraging, rewarding, and recognizing the referral of qualified candidates for employment. Pratt & Whitney accepts resumes for experienced professionals of all disciplines and backgrounds.
You are eligible to refer a candidate and receive the EERP bonus of $3,000 (pre-tax) if:
- You are a Pratt & Whitney employee.
- You are an hourly employee.
- You are a level 35 to L4.
- You are a Fellow or Associate Fellow.
- You are a full or part-time employee who is employed at the time of the referral's 30-day anniversary date.
- The referred candidate is
hired between the levels of L7 - L4.
- The referred candidate is
hired within a participating organization.
- Referred resumes will be
retained for one year from date of submittal.
Exclusions
Employees not eligible for referral awards include:
- Executives.
- Supervisor within the hiring chain.
- Any member of the Human Resources Organization.
- Or if the candidate was
previously submitted to the Pratt & Whitney master database through
another employee referral or another source.
Referred candidates that would not qualify for the EERP bonus include those:
- Hired as Co-ops, interns, or
temporary to permanent.
- All hires directly out of college.
- Currently employed at any UTC Division.
- Current UTC Contractor.
